I am a passionate and results orientated Human Resources & Safety Professional that takes pride in everything I do. I have gained 17+ years experience at operational and senior leadership levels across private enterprise, ASX listed and NFP organisations, with substantial exposure to recruitment and selection, performance management, policy formulation, payroll management, strategic planning, change management, workplace health and safety, worker rehabilitation and return to work as well as experience in generalist people/culture/safety administration.
When starting the HR Warehouse in 2021, my goal was to simplify HR and WH&S documentation for Australian small and medium business through the development of template products and documentation that meets the following criteria:
- Affordable
- Easy to understand
- Easy to modify to suit individual business needs and;
- Simple to implement.
My qualifications include:
- Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management and Marketing (University of Southern Queensland)
- Diploma of Business (Australian School of Business & Law)
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management (Australian School of Business & Law)
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (Standards Australia)
- Justice of the Peace- Qualified (QLD Dept. of Justice & Attorney-General)
- Return to Work Coordinator certification (CCIQ)
- Workplace Health & Safety Officer certification- Services elective- superseded (CCIQ)
